Plain Flap Discs

Plain flap discs are multi-layered abrasive discs designed for material removal, surface preparation and finishing. Constructed with overlapping abrasive flaps bonded to a backing plate, they provide consistent cutting performance and improved disc life compared to traditional grinding discs.

Suitable for use on stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium and other metals depending on abrasive type. Available in multiple material variants including aluminium oxide, zirconium, ceramic, Scotchbrite-style surface conditioning and wool polishing discs.

Designed for use with compatible angle grinders at recommended operating speeds.
