Technical Description

Cable lugs are compression connectors used to terminate electrical cables for secure connection to equipment, busbars and terminal studs. Manufactured from high-conductivity copper and typically supplied with a durable surface finish for corrosion resistance.

Designed to provide low-resistance electrical contact when correctly crimped using an appropriate crimping tool. Suitable for use in automotive, industrial, marine and general electrical installations.

Available in a range of cable sizes and stud hole diameters.

How To Use

Strip insulation to correct length.
Insert conductor fully into lug barrel.
Crimp using suitable crimping tool for cable size.
Ensure secure mechanical and electrical connection.
Install onto stud or terminal and tighten appropriately.
