HSCO (High Speed Cobalt) step drill bits are designed for efficient drilling of multiple hole sizes using a single tool. The twist-end cutting geometry eliminates the need for a pilot hole and removes the requirement to progressively step up through drill sizes.

Manufactured from high-speed cobalt steel for enhanced heat resistance and durability, these step drill bits are suitable for use on stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium and other sheet materials.

The stepped profile allows clean, accurate hole enlargement while maintaining smooth edge finish.

Cutting oil is strongly recommended during use to maximise tool life and cutting performance.
